FR-4PCB is a base material made of electronic cloth impregnated with epoxy novolac epoxy resin through high temperature, high pressure and hot pressing.

FR4 has the characteristics of high strength, good heat resistance and good dielectric properties. The through hole of the substrate can be metallized to realize the circuit conduction between the double-sided multi-layer printing layer and the layer. The epoxy glass fiber cloth copper clad laminate is the most widely used and the most used type of all copper clad laminates.
