Project challenge
1. The diameter of the PAD is too small, requiring 170um, but our engineers recommend making it more than 300um.
2. According to the customer's original Gerber production, the holes at BGA positions L1-L3 cannot be filled completely.
2. The client has a limited budget. Because it is a student project, the budget is limited. However, in order to support students, we apply for discounts from the leaders to support the client's project.
How to Serve
(1)Due to the very high difficulty of this board, the original minimum spacing reached 25um. No room for optimization. The final product is controlled according to negative tolerance, and the line width is 50um±20um. Square welding 0.17MM±0.05mm control.
(2) Our engineers optimized the structure, changed the holes of L1-L3 into stacked holes of L1-L2 and L2-L4, and moved the lines on the L4 layer and added blocking points.
(3)Our engineers combined the customer's board structure with an optimized stacked structure.
